New Spirit Fansite. Intetested?

Hey guys,

I've been thinking about how bad Spirit Source has became with all of their rules and all that other stuff. I really enjoy creating characters, rp-ing, and getting to know people from other parts off the US and the world and I know other Spirit fans do too. Well, I would like to create a similar site with a looser hold on the reins. Of course there would still be rules, but they would be more lax. Some of these rules include:

1) All characters must be created by yourself or by someone who had made a design specifically for you.
2) No rude comments, stealing, and absolutely no trolling!

If enough people are interested, I would like the assistance of two people to admin the site, but I would like then to be on at least once a week and I need to know they're trustworthy. If you would like to be an admin, fill this out in a note:

It would be great if someone could tell me a free website to make this possible.
